11 Harbour View, Newquay, Cornwall - Terms and Conditions

This contract is between The Owner and The Hirer.

The Hirer is subject to the following conditions at all times:-

• All Prices are on a weekly basis.

• Arrival and departure days are Saturday. The arrival time is 3.00p.m. and departure time no later than 10.00a.m. • A deposit of £100 is required within one week of reservation. The balance plus £100 returnable ‘Good Housekeeping’ bond must be paid six weeks before arrival. For late bookings of less than six weeks the full amount will be due on booking.

• We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from single sex parties or people under 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian or by prior agreement.

• The property is limited to the people stated at the time of booking and under no circumstances are any other persons allowed to use the facilities of the apartment.

• The Hirers are strongly advised to take out ‘Holiday Insurance’ to cover cancellation after a booking has been confirmed as deposits are non returnable unless the accommodation can be re-let. No liability can be accepted should the accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond the control of The Owners.

• It is a condition of letting that this property be used only as a holiday let.

• The Owners accept no responsibility for any inconvenience caused by disturbance of any kind and at any time from neighbouring property or tenants or for the unavailability of any general amenities.

• No pets are allowed at the property at any time.

• There is to be no smoking within the property or apartment building.

• The Owners cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal injury sustained by any person, or damage to, or loss of any property brought to the premises, including your vehicle in the car parking area.

• You are expected to leave the property in the condition in which you found it. There will be a charge for any loss or damage or if extra cleaning is required and your Good Housekeeping bond will be adjusted accordingly. You will be charged for any damages or losses exceeding this £100 bond.

• The Good Housekeeping bond will be returned within 7 days of your departure.
